In order to reserve a vacation rental you must make the reservation online.
When you make the reservation the system will charge your card $10.00 and then
the contract for the vacation rental unit will be emailed to you within 72 hours or less.
(Each owner has their own rental contract and some respond faster than others sending them out)

The easiest way to find a rental is to "Search by Dates" you are looking to stay.
You will find in the summer that ALL VACATION RENTALS RENT  FROM SATURDAY to SATURDAY with no exceptions.
In the off season rental dates from Sept-April are more flexible but all require at least a 3-4 day stay.
